TERMS & CONDITIONS
Heinz
India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Heinz Complan”) invites mothers
with children aged 4-14 to participate in the ‘My Complan Moustache’ contest.
Participants are invited to submit the cutest pictures of their children with a
Complan moustache for a chance to win a gift hamper.
Terms and Conditions
1. The contest will run
from Friday, 2nd November, 2012 to Thursday,
29th November, 2012.
2. The contest is open only
to mothers who are residents of India and users of Complan. Employees of Heinz
Complan and BC Web Wise Pvt. Ltd. are not entitled to participate in the
contest.
3. The entire activity of
receiving entries is being managed by a professional agency (BC Web Wise Pvt.
Ltd.) having experience in handling such activities.
4. To participate in the
activity, mothers have to fill up the form given on the ‘My Complan Moustache’
application which includes details such as Name, Child’s First Name and age and
upload a picture of their child that is relevant to the theme of the contest.
5. Entries to the contest
will be moderated by Heinz Complan and subsequently will appear on the gallery
page of the application. Users are requested not to submit images that contain
nudity or are lewd or offensive to the general sensibility. Any submissions
that are deemed inappropriate will be immediately deleted and will not be
considered as a valid entry for the contest.
6. Winners of the contest
will be decided by Heinz Complan and the decision shall be final and binding.
Heinz Complan reserves the right to revoke its decision at its discretion.
7. Every week one winner
will receive a bicycle and at the end of the month, one winner will receive a
16 GB Apple IPad2 with Wi-Fi and 3G. The image of the bicycle is a
representation only. The actual model of the bicycle will depend on the age and
gender of the child.
8. Winners shall receive
their prize (bicycle/iPad) at the address mentioned on the form provided on the
application page.
9. Prizes will be delivered
30 days after date of announcement of winners on the application page.
10. Participants need to
provide their complete name and address in the event that they are declared a
winner and need to be sent the gift hamper. Please note that only the users of
Complan are eligible to participate in the contest. We reserve the right to
check the usage of our product amongst the winners.
11. Participants can
recommend the ‘My Complan Moustache’ contest to their friends, upon which the
friend will receive a notification on his/her Facebook wall. Upon clicking the
link on the wall update, the user is directed to the Facebook application page
where he/she can participate in the contest.
12. Heinz Complan and/or BC
Web Wise Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any interruptions in internet or
downtime caused due to technical difficulties. BC Web Wise shall however put
reasonable efforts to ensure that such issues are resolved at the earliest.
13. Gift hampers are
non-transferrable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made.
14. Heinz Complan reserves
the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest.
15. Heinz Complan reserves
the right to withdraw this activity at its discretion. Disputes if any shall be
subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
